WHITE PIZZA

White sauce chicken alfredo pizza recipe (White Pizza)
Every Friday night is pizza night, so we either pick up or make pizzas for the evening. We used to order pizza from restaurants more frequently, but we recently discovered a Homemade Pizza Dough recipe that has changed the game for us.
With that recipe down pat, as well as recipes for perfect sauces (RED and WHITE), we’ve been cranking out pizzas like nobody’s business.
WHITE pizza is one of our favorite homemade pizzas (aka Alfredo Pizza). Have you ever tried it? It’s delicious and full of flavor!! We enjoy traditional red sauce pizzas, but our Alfredo sauce is out of this world!!
HOW TO MAKE WHITE SAUCE CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA RECIPE SAUCE
Although the recipe can be made with store-bought pizza dough, we prefer homemade pizza dough!! Our recipe is extremely simple and yields approximately four crusts. We prefer to make these earlier in the day so that we can simply add the pizza and toppings at the end.
Our white sauce is also very simple to make, and we recommend it to everyone. Once that’s done, the rest of the pizza comes together quickly!
- Top pizzas with white sauce.
- Add cheese and toppings (we used chopped spinach and cubed chicken, but bacon and/or tomatoes would be good too!)
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. - NOTE: If making pizza dough fresh, cook at 500 for 5 minutes, then top with sauce and toppings and bake an additional 8-10 minutes.

MAKING AHEAD & KEEPING FOR LATER
Pizza is an excellent FREEZER MEAL. After you’ve rolled out your dough, it’s time to par-bake it. Simply place it on a baking sheet and bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes before removing it to cool. When the dough has completely cooled, add the sauce and toppings of your choice.
The pizza should then be frozen on a baking sheet for 2-3 hours, then wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen for up to 3 months.
When you’re ready to bake your frozen pizza, unwrap it and bake it at 450°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the crust is brown.
Leftovers will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days if properly stored. KEEP THEM IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER OR A ZIPLOCK BAGGAGE. REHEAT in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or until hot, or in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
We adore this Chicken Alfredo Pizza!! My kids have declared it their new favorite, and while they are still wary of the spinach, they adore this White Pizza.
